New to steroids, Whats a good stack? What should I do post cycle?

    Hi there,

I'm 6'0, 145 pounds and 18 years old. Due to poor nutrition at a younger age I am much smaller than anyone else in my family, (who usually weigh in at around 180 pounds at my age)

What would be a good place for me to start when it comes to steroids? What could be a goo stack for me? or a good PCT? What factors should I consider when thinking about a stack and PCT?

    Thanks in advance!

Here is a good stack. Lots of healthy food and a good basic workout using mostly compound movements.

Food food food. At 18 I was a natural 205 at 13% through solid eating, not so clean, and fluctuated weight through college 170-200. It's quite easy given your genetics puts everyone else at 180. I'm lucky to be where I am at genetics wise if you want to compare to family history.

6'0",145lbs, 18 years old and you think you need steroids?? that will be a very poor decision that i guarantee you will regret for the rest of your life.

In 5 years if your a minimum of 195lbs lean,(after subtracting fat) then maybe.... mabye!!! you can think about steroids

Can you tell me why this is the case? Why would it be a poor decision? What are the consequences?

At 18 your body is already producing enough testosterone. Using steroids could shut down your body natural production. Also, steroid are not a magic ingredient. Think of them as a turbo charger or supercharger and good nutrition and a good workout routine as the car and the engine. If you just have the s/c or turbo, what good is it?

    1) at 6'0" 145, even at 0% BF I would say you've either never been to the gym or do not know how to 'workout' at a gym. Or you dont know anything about diet. Probably all the above. You should be a gym veteran (at least 5 years, if not more, of serious lifting with proper diet) before even considering to use any hormone.

    2) At 18 you are not even finished going through puberty. You are already at as high a test level as 30yr old guys that take steroids. If you take gear now or in the next 5 years you will have hormone problems for the rest of your life. You will need testosterone repla***ent therapy from your doctor and you will age considerably faster. You will get ED at a young age, you will probably develop depression and it will screw your life over, and you will regret it.

    3) being that you probably have to clue about proper exercising and diet, as shown by 145lbs, you will prolly not see any decent gains even on steroids, you will injure yourself, and you will screw up your endocrine system. You will get better results from learning how to lift properly and how to structure a proper diet.

    4) taking steroids before you are already jacked, 195lbs lean as i said, you will limit your lifetime potential size, If you have a proper diet and exercise for the next 5 years you will be just as big if not bigger than you would be if you take steroids now... then you will have the choice to use steroids after already being big.

    5) as said above steroids are not a magic ingredient, they are not used to increase your test for better gains.. they are used by people who are already past their testosterone prime (about 25 yrs old) who want to have the same testosterone as someone at your age.

    6) since you are 18 and a noob at the gym, you will not keep your gains, and you will have physical and chemical injuries, that may or may not be fixable.

    7) at the age of 18 you think you can make big decisions like whether to take hormones or not, but in a few years when you are a little old and much wiser you will see how silly it is.

to sum up what Ive said... you will have no benefits, and many many unwanted consequences

It's all about diet. At 6'0 and 145, you are probably not eating the right food and the right amount of it too put on muscle and size. There's a good few clean diet posts from experienced members, have a look at them. Good luck bro
