    hey guys, long time no see.....

    thought i'd drop in and say hey

    miss you guys!!!!

    been insane busy. dunno who's been around as i havnt been on in forever.

    i did my show this year. i got my ass handed to me on a platter. and not because i screwed up and looked horrible - i actually surprised myself...but, a bunch of national level competitors that hadn't competed in a while had to requalify - from the start. i was up against guys with 7+ yrs of competing experience.

    I still learned a lot and actually enjoyed the process.

    7 weeks out:



    I'm almost done my paramedic course. 5 more months then i write my provincial cert!

    i got another dog. 3 total



    sam, wally, sasha (she was the runt of her litter).

    sorry for the new thread. i know the post whore threads get slaughtered so fast :P

    I'm thinking I could almost be where you are, cept i'd have to drop some more bf%, and your abs are looking good. I've got this damn layer of fat that i can't seem to shake, and I've never really been able to get my abs to show.
    But unable to get a really clean diet over here, so I'm kinda stuck. And I'm friggin tired of doing cardio. I'm at an hour every other day, friggin pedeling on the stationary... major boring shit!
