Hey guys,
I've been working pretty hard on the elliptical for the past 3 days. I had upped the intensity to 75% max HR. My legs are EXTREMELY sore, but I HATE HATE HATE to miss a day of cardio. Should I just take the night off, get plenty of protein tonight and get back to it tomorrow? Anything else I can do? Ice? Soak in the bath? Maybe I should just decrease the intensity.

Do what your body is telling you and never underestimate the rest time it is needed. I would have done just what you did stayed away from legs tonight and worked something else.
