Question I have always wanted to ask

I understand you don't grow while lifting and I understand the importance of rest time and sleep. I have had good results from rest periods of 48 hours between working the same muscle again but here is my question. Does this apply to when your on a cycle? My logic is as follows if steroids cause you to grow faster and heal quicker then is the 48 hours really necessary? My last cycle I felt so strong and never really got sore I felt healed up and ready to go the next day so why waste time while on a cycle when you could lift more often and heal quicker and grow faster. Does this make sense to you guys or is the logic the same you should rest 48 hours before working out again? I have always wondered if I could have made more gains on my last cycle if I hadn't worked out so much I think I might have over trained or maybe I worked out too long each time but I always felt so good, Funny thing is I think I had a huge growth spurt right at the end of my cycle when I started laying off the weights so much and rested longer.

So what is the general consensus on this

So the question is can you over train the muscle while on an AAS cycle, does the muscle need less time to rest in order to grow..

the answer is no, it needs the same amount of time to grow.. with that said, lets discuss further tensile strength, and or facia growth..

    diet comes into play..

Typically with me i wait 3 days before working the same body part.. but with a cycle i "can" go every other day.. is that a good thing??

Yes if i want to condition the nervous system (CNS conditioning) or do i want larger muscles with less strength, or simply be stronger and lose fat..

in the end, it comes down to the diet once again..

OK that tells me to keep doing what I have been doing about 48 hour rest before working it again. I like going to the gym almost every day so I plan on only working two muscles each day so I can lift 5 days a week. I will just try to up the effort and weight while on cycle and kinda go by feel. My last cycle I think I over trained since I never really got sore. I learn a little more each time I cycle and on this forum. I have had great results just trying to maximize what I can get in a 14 week cycle.
