I have found that if i carry the same routine (reps and weights) on, as if I were on cycle, the lack or diminishing reserves of AAS will in fact encourage new muscle growth IMO, or it could just be the DOMS that leads me to this conclusion.
I just feel that if i can carry on lifting the same weights off cycle as on cycle I will keep more of my gains.
