About 6-8 weeks ago i switched to doing one body part a week, i've been doing medium-heavy weight with 8-12 reps 3 sets a workout but i have SIX different workouts i will do for that body part. (unless it's arms or legs day which i will do 3 bi's and 3 tri's or 3 shoulders 3 legs) So all in all on days likes chest or back i will do 18 sets total for those specific muscle groups. So the main question is, would that be considered overtraining and can anybody recommend something else where i can get the same if not better results.
