    Newb looking to try steroids

    Hi all,

I'm 31 yo, 205lbs and I've been lifting off and on for a few years now. I've got an average joe build with a very small belly. I recently quit smoking and drinking beer about a couple months ago and have been much more consistent with my workouts and feel great. I've tried various "testosterone boosters" but none really seemed to much of anything (I think they're all just a bunch of bs). Anyways I'd really like to try a "light" oral steroid to both help me add a little muscle size and shed a little fat. Since its my first time I'd like to try one of the least powerfull oral steroids that will yield the least negative side effects and hopefully that will also mean I won't lose too much of my gains when I finish a cycle. I have already done some research but I'm hoping to get some advice before I try anything. Any recommendations are appreciated!

Read some more and you will find out why an oral only cycle is a bad idea. In addition while you are reading about steroids you can read the nutrition and workout threads and learn how to make major gains without steroids. Honestly if its only been a couple of months since quiting drinking smoking etc. You really are not ready to use steroids yet and as you research you will learn all the reasons why I say this.

This is not meant as an insult at all its just that until you have progressed pretty far, prefferably to you natural limit but at least far enough to build your CNS system and adequately strengthen you joints you will be very likely to do harm to your body and your cycle will be a giant step backward not forward in your progression.
