Sounds like if you lift before work, you will be tired at work and if you lift after work, you will be tired at the gym...
This is so true. It really depends on your energy level. I would work out before workOriginally Posted by max2extreme
Ok thanks y'all
Ideally the main goal is just get to the gym. before or after which ever is more doable/comfortable to you. If your shift for example already starts at 5am and you get up at 3 for it as is, i doubt you want to get up at midnight so you can train before work. Just train when its most convenient and when you have the most chances of actually getting to the gym.
Time of day alters things minimally prioritize being in the gym consistently period.
Consistency is key!
Sounds like work IS a workout. Maybe just supplement on the weekends with some isolation work?
I would do it before work. I to basically work out for work since I am a furniture mover. I go in the morning and when I'm done with my work out I feel great and energized. Great start to the day imo.
