    Talking Beginner help

    Looking to get a bit more understanding before i begin my cycle , Ive got Dbol (50) 25mg capsuals and Nolvadex (50) 25mg capsuals I've been weight training now for awhile and ive hit my road block i cant seem to build anymore muscle no matter how hard i work at it, Looking to go out side the box sort of speak, Just to clearify i am new to this so forgive me if im not up to speed like most.

    Im looking to find out about when to start taking the Dbol and Nolva, What doses and for how long, I was going to go in to see a doctor to get a better understanding but i figured id hit up this forum first see what some of yall say and suggest for a begninner, Last thing i want is gyno or aggrovated baldness ive done reading up on the side effects and i understand them well, im also thinking of just doing this one cycle and after that im hoping to break this wall down thats holding me back from gaining any more size in muscle.

    Weight: 165lb Peeked around 190-195lbs
    BF%: Not yet sure.
    Cycle history: Never only done suppements
    Years training: since high school so i would say over 8 years, But most recently ive been involved in an accident so i have not been to the gym for the past 2 years so ive lost a lot of my build, Still have my strenght most of it at least, My legs are still in very good shape but my upper not so much as ive only been able to work out my lower hafe of my body. Im finally 110% better now and raring to go full throttle in the gym once again.

    You are right. Everyone has to start somewhere... no problems with that.

    A couple of thoughts for you to consider. Many of the qualities men enjoy (libido, erectile function, etc.) are partially derived from testosterone production. One of the problems with a dbol only cycle (without testosterone) is that when you take dbol, your body will look at it "as if" it were testosterone. See, your body has a feedback mechanism that senses the amount of testosterone already in your blood stream. If the test levels are running high, your body will shut down test production until they begin to wane below a certain point, where testosterone production will begin again. Just like the heater thermostat in your house. But dbol isn't test, even though this feedback mechanism acts as if it is test. So ultimately, your body will shut down testosterone production while you are taking the dbol. Without testosterone, you run the risk of losing those very same qualities testosterone provides (libido, etc.) Because of this, we never recommend running a cycle without testosterone.

    PCT is designed to restore your normal hormonal levels in as short a period of time as possible.

    What should i be taking for testosterone? And should this be by injection? no one wants gyno!!!

    Ive been reading a lot on PCT for the past few days, Diifferent websites and a few ive found to be very helpful, Still think i have about another week or two before id like to start this cycle.

    I would recommend a simple form of testosterone, with an esther of either cypionate or ethanate. You would inject twice a week, for 12 weeks, at 500mg/week. And because this is your first testosterone cycle, I would simply go with that, and nothing else. That way you can become familiar with, and understand what testosterone does to your body. Some newbs like to go crazy and take any/everything they can get their hands on, and this is wrong. Only take one compound that you are not familar with, at a time, with test. That way, if something goes wrong, or you get a problematic side effect, it most likely would be due to the compound you just started taking, that you haven't taken before. If you take two unknowns at the same time, then no telling which one it is if you run into trouble.

    Another thing. Make sure you have all your gear ahead of time, including everything you need for PCT. THEN you can start your cycle.

    Wouldnt the Nolvadex cover the side effects? ive only got 12 weeks to do 1 cycle before im shipped off to kuwait to train kuwait mulitary personel and id like to have most of this out of my system and back onto my supplements before that time, If possible.

    I have nolvadex on hand or should i combined it with something else as well? I know doing the Dbol and test without Nolvadex would be a very bad idea, But shouldnt that stop the gyno and aggravated baldness and possible agro?

    OK, steroids aside, let's hav a look @ ur diet / intake CaNe13. If ur not eating rite, u wont gain.

    ive been on a stricked diet for quiet some time now, I'm not a complete newb to the bodybuilding industry but i am when i comes to just steriods etc.

    I eat something to this effect with of course some changes made to it to fit my needs. This diet guide was taken from here and converted for me. I also drink about 16-20oz of water during my work outs, and whenever i feel hungry in between meals i usually drink my protein whey supplements. I also add 2tsp of 3.6.9 omega.

    Let me know what you think if im going down the right direction, I also work graveyards so the times i eat very some times.


    First meal, 7 am:
    8 oz. oatmeal with water
    0.6 1 skim milk
    0.2 1 orange juice
    3 oz. grapes i also eat a banana and some other fruit along with it

    Second meal, 10.30 am:
    10 oz, whole wheat bread
    4 oz. cheese, 12% fat
    1 banana

    Third meal, 2.00 pm:
    8 oz. brown rice
    10 oz. turkey (my local stores dont carry turkey (wtf right?) so i eat bonless skinless chicken breats instead.)
    5 oz. vegetables mixed

    Fourth meal, 5.30 pm
    5 whole eggs
    16 Oz. baked potatoes
    Mixed salad fat free dressing should probably be eating it plain but i just cant seem to lol

    Fifth meal, 9,00 pm:
    7 oz. cottage cheese
    7 Oz. whole wheat bread
    1 oz. peanut butter
    1 apple, approx. 4 oz
    0.2 1 orange juice

    that is not anywhere near a good diet, where the hell is the protein??!!

    Theres about 300-400 in protein in just my meals and about 30-40% from my suppliments, Is that not enough? Should i be adding red meats as well?

    ill head over to the nutirion section after i get off work and take a browse.

    I don't c 300-400 g of protein there bro. This is y I wanted 2 c ur diet, adequate nutrition is the most important building block in all our efforts here, so often people over look the diet & address the steroid intake, truth is, fact is, if ur not eating rite, ur not gona get the results u want / need, no matter how much gear u inject.

    mate, you are def calculating wrongly here, i eat alot more protein orientated food and dont get anywhere near even 300. for a start off, the 1st two meals are virtually protein free

    That was suppose to be 30-40% protein not 300-400 my bad lol

    Isnt that what the nolvadex is designed for to stop or help control the gyno and man baldness and other systums/effects of Dbol?

    nolva can help with gyno. it does nothing for baldness
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Use the search function and at least get a little info on your own first. This way you know exactly what you're dealing w/on your own. As mentioned, your diet is off. you have some work to do before embarking on a cycle. You're still thinking about d-bol despite what Times recommended?
