    deca 300

    Will deca 300 cause me to have a lot of water retention? And with a will it cause me to lose fat?

    You will have water retention with deca and losing fat depends on your diet and cardio!!!

    Pain is correct, deca. will cause you to retain water. How much will depend on your dose and of course how you respond to it. It really shouldn't be that bad though.
