Same as mate I've just included deads in my back day, been doin them
For 3 months now. I hit them every 2 weeks
every 2wks. i powerlifted for a long time, training deads every week will lead to burn out. hit every 2nd week and hit them hard and heavy
When i started with deads, I did them once a week, but only did one working set of 5. Couple warm up sets, then one set of 5. If you did them every 2 weeks you could hit them harder.
Deadlifting is part of my back workout. Should I only do this every other week like everyone is saying?
