Hi there I'm 21, I have a personal trainer 5 to 6 says a week now and been doing this for 5 months .
My trainer was a weight lifting champion so I thought that's much better then just going to a gym and
Having just anyone train me ... I am a model and my agent is wanting more results
I'm now at almost 80 kilos .... I'm 5'11 .... I'm looking to bulk up and lean down .
What so you think .....
If you wouldn't kind giving me advice as I'm determined .. I'm aware of all side effects as well ...and will do a lot of research before hand .
