    I've lost about 80 lbs and i've still got ....

    Hey there... not too proud of letting myself go so large so young... at 18 I was 260lbs and now at 25 I've slimmed down to 190. Although I've still got freaking love handles... they suck!! So are there any of you out there that have fought the battle of love handles and won? Is it just consistancy that kills them? What was is that did it for you???

    Agree with above. You have done a great job, you just need to go a little further. It will all go away if you keep at it.

    you still have 25+lbs to go. serious. dont blame genetics. you are still carrying too much body fat.

    So is that the best way to go? Just loose the weight and then begin putting on the muscle?

    The general consensus here is to cut down, then begin putting on mass. I have been able to put on muscle while losing fat, but I am on TRT which helps.
