Have put on 20lbs natty in the last 10 months, currently 215lbs 5'10.
About to start a 10 week cycle of sust 250 (500mgs per week). Below are precycle photos and I'll keep a log of lifting stats, measurements and new photos as the weeks go on. Goal is to shred some fat, put some lbs on and develop the lats and bi's more.
