I want to do legs twice a week, workout 5 days each week.
Here's what I'm doing.
Monday: Squats, RDL, Barbell Lunges, Calves
Tuesday: Chest, Traps
Wed: Off
Thursday: Biceps, Triceps, Forearms
Friday: I want this to be my 2nd leg day, suggestions? Deadlifts?
Saturday: Shoulders, back, lats
I'm worried my Friday leg day will hinder my Monday leg day if I go too hard. I want to do box jumps and maybe some single leg DB lunges. Deadlift or hang cleans?
