    need help pretty bad...

    Alright im a 17 year old just starting to work out again. Basicly i have no cluie what to do for a routine and what to take with my workouts(such as proteins ect...).im trying to bulk up my chest and abs alot. I am also a soccer/football kick so i really dont have a problem with lower body. Any elp would be greatly appreciated!

    Read the "stickies" at the top of the Workout Forums.. theres a ton of guidlines there to get you started...

    And head to the nutrition section for help on ya diet.

    IMHO the quickest way to bulk up and get really strong is Mark Rippetoe's - "Starting Strength"

    Look it up. This program was designed for someone like you.
