Been a long time since I last signed in here. Been busy as hell with school and work. I was finally released to lift hard after 8 months of rehab from my Rotator Cuff Surgery. I have been going at it for about 2 weeks now and I have felt great. I just wanted to post up my workout on here and get some advice on it. This is the first time I am actually going to be very serious about lifting. Thanks for the help everyone!!
All Exercises are 4 Sets w/ 10,8,6,4 Reps Increasing Weight Every Set
Monday (Chest and Triceps)
DB Flat Bench Press
DB Flys
Incline DB Press
Decline Barbell Press
Tricep Pushdown

Over the Head Tricep Extensions

Tuesday (Back and Biceps)
Seated Rows
T-Bar Rows
Lat Pulldown
Shrugs
Seated DB Curls
One Arm Preacher Curls
Barbell Curls
Wednesday (Legs and Shoulders)
Squats
Leg Extensions
Calf Raises
Leg Press
Lateral Raises
Military Press
Single Arm Front Raises
I am also not sure on how the split should be. Should I take Thursday off and then continue with Chest again on Friday? Not so sure on the split. I need some expert advice on this stuff.
