38 6'3 225 working out 20 years or so. Bf 18%
Currently workout 5 days / rest 2
Each body part once a week / cardio 3 times a week / abs 3 times a week
Planning a cycle next month or 2
Need some advice on a split / how many exercises / how many reps for a good on cycle workout, want to do it for at least 4 weeks bf start cycle.
My current workout is 5 exercises per body part, 4 sets per exercise, reps 12/10/6/6.
I know most of us keep exercise logs would love to see some examples.
