Feeling in Chest while on TEST E?

Back in july in the middle of my TestE only cycle (500mg/week), I remember an odd feeling in my chest right above my heart. Sometimes I would have to slap or pound my chest. Has anyone else felt this?
Should I be worried? My BP has always been within normal limits. Heart beats may have been a bit irregular. I've been planning my 2nd cycle. Last thing I would want is to drop dead due to TEST leaving my daughter fatherless the rest of her life.

Go to the doctor and get it checked out. Could be anxiety but better to get it check out professionally.
