Talking Creatine Monohydrate Question - ULTIMATE NUTRITION CREAPURE

My friend suggested me to get Creatine Monohydrate.

The brand I picked up was, ULTIMATE NUTRITION/CREAPURE.

My question is, if I was on a bulking diet would this product be good for me and if yes/no why?

    Aprreciate the feedback, thanks.

Read the Creatine FAQ and it would be beneficial regardless of bulking/cutting. Diet will help you achieve your goals, supplements will only and always be icing in the cake.

Alright good, going to look more into it. Thats what I was hoping to hear, thanks.
I just read a bunch of link/threads and even hear people that say two different things so I just wanted it sorted out simply.

Yeah 10grams is what Ive got it worked out to. 5gs per serving (1tsp) 2x daily.

I was just afraid this was a "DIETARY" supplement that would hurt my bulking phase.

Energy + turning fat into muscel, seems as if it will slow down my lbs gain per weekly/monthly ect other then not taking this product to gain lbs faster.

The word "diet" simply refers to the food you are eating, HOWEVER it has been hijacked to mean "a reduced calorie food regiment". This has transformed further to "dietary supplement", which creatine is capable of being-but it can also be used in bulking.
