If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
Generally "thick" people hav hi BP & AAS also raises ur BP which in turn puts u @ greater risk of heart attack. Also, the potential 4 gyno is greater.
So if a thick person did take aas and his blood pressure went high if he ran every other day and did abs every other day for the whole cycle would that maintain a more steady blood pressure or no? Or is there anyway to keep it down like extra cardio during the cycle or not?

blood pressure meds, reduced sodium diet would help. Not something i would risk

Don't know my percentage but its close enough that when I stack a cycle I can go from loose belly to six pack I just never work out my core only chest back bis tris legs and shoulders I can usually maintain a decently small wait frame from lifting those areas hard but my upper body like chest back legs shoulders and arms are shredded but belly is a little in the soft side if you feel me but I am starting back my core training tomorrow to cut bf before next cycle I assure you cause I am taking gixxr advice to wait for my next cycle and run my pcts for this stupid tren e standalone cycle I done then time off then next cycle

My diet is so horrible though I love to eat more than I love to lift and only maintain a healthy diet when I cycle cause I want the full effect from the cycle I have a horrible sweet tooth also and if I go out and eat w my girl or my family their will never be anything left on the table cause I'm a human garbage disposal lol but I am gonna try to work on the eating part. not only do I eat bad but i eat a lot and constantly.
I upped my TRT dose when my BF was still well over 20% (I was 36.8% when I started TRT almost a year ago) and my blood pressure skyrocketed. I was bright red, was hot all the time, had headaches and thought I would die when I reached the top of the stairs. Not good.
The best way to get rid of the blood pressure risk is by losing the weight.
I might be one in a million but, I was on the thick side and had high BP before I cycled. Now my BP sits around 120/80. before cycle 180/90. I monitored my BP weekly.
