ok. im 25. 235 lbs, 24.1%. training 5x a wk. and doing cardio 5-7x a week. have a pt who is big on chemicals. he has helped me drop from 276 since june. but now he wants me to try winny to speed up my process/progress. any info? i think from what i read, it wod b beneficial to get down lower in bf% n then cycle, he tells me it cuts timing in half and this is the way to go? help!
