    Question Need Some help/advice from a knowledgeable person thanks!!

    Hey guys Im new to the forums and I need some advice/help. I am a fit 18 year old I have been training on and off for about 2 years now I have maintained a cut body for that period of time I now want to gain some mass quite a bit actually almost 25 pounds.... I have been taking a creatine post workout for about 2 weeks now, I have noticed strength gains but not so much in the weight department, I don't really have a diet I eat healthy but nothing special. I also workout 6 times a week and am trying to stay very dedicated I am willing to try anything and would greatly appreciate any and all help I get thanks alot.

    I weight about 155 body fat is 11% and im 6 foot 2

    Ya you are very skinny. But not to worry.. Do you know on average how much calories you eat a day??

    If i had to guess id say 2000-2500

    Before we get into supplemenets, u need more calories.. First are you getting atleast 170grams of protein and 350 grams of carbs?

    omg 170grams of protien!?! and no not nearly that many carbs holy crap? is that what I should be taking?

    Keyword atleast... Give me an example of what you eat everyday...

    Ummm Eggs and toast for breakfast everyday, lunch is normally a big sandwich with alot of roast chicken or ham with cheese, dinner is ALWAYS a home cooked big dinner with roast beef or pork chops or chicken breast. thats a normal day

    Not enough.. For breakfast have 5 eggs and a bagel or toast etcx
    3 hours later have a chicken breast with rice or breead or tuna....
    Next have your lunxh
    Post workout a protein shake woth 50grams of whey and 60 grams of sugar
    And then your regular dinner.....
    This is the minimum u should be eating, preferably more...

    Whoa.... Okay ill do my best! and thats a huge shake, Should I stop taking my creatine and, if im missing sugar in my shake can I add honey?

    More bro! you need calories to grow. Consider a mass gainer?

    You gotta eat!!!! Remember supplements are exactly that- to supplement your diet. You should be fueling your body every 3-4 hrs with protein and complex carbs- go check out the nutrition forum
