Hey guys Im new to the forums and I need some advice/help. I am a fit 18 year old I have been training on and off for about 2 years now I have maintained a cut body for that period of time I now want to gain some mass quite a bit actually almost 25 pounds.... I have been taking a creatine post workout for about 2 weeks now, I have noticed strength gains but not so much in the weight department, I don't really have a diet I eat healthy but nothing special. I also workout 6 times a week and am trying to stay very dedicated I am willing to try anything and would greatly appreciate any and all help I get thanks alot.
