This is for my large friend:
275lbs, 6'5.... body fat 30%
He's got 3 months and looking lose as much fat as possible, while weight training and not losing muscle.
He can't take ephedrine (banned for football), or AS.
He's gonna start taking Xenedrine EFX and possibly creatine (for weight training). Any suggestions for other supplements that could help? Or diet tips that you guys have used?
