I will start by saying i consider myself an intermediate level lifter. I have experimented with a couple of different cycles, worked on my form and nearly perfected my will power.... My diet and supplement routine are strict but not perfect. I work out consistently and I have focused on form over weight and have received really great results.
My concern now is that I am working with stronger compounds and i don't want to waste them. I always hear your not lifting enough, your not eating enough, your supplements are wrong.... I do not want to fall victim to these little mistakes. I have a well thought out cycle and appropriate pct.
What i need now is to know what diet adn workout routine to follow. I am looking for lean gains at this point.... I would like to see 5-10 lbs in the next 12 weeks, and retain at least 7lbs. My body fat is about 10 so I am ok there, abs a re visible most of the day only disappearing at night with much food and water. I am taking in about 3500-4000 calories of clean food with a pre and post isolate protein, one higher calorie protein shake in the middle of the day and caseine at night.
How should I be working out. I read the various techniques thread and it was some of the best information I have ever sen but I don't know what to do... my biggest concern is I have no spotter and currently the best gym close is a big box gym with pretty boys, cougars and trainers who only help single girls but the equipment is endless.
What should i be using, giv e me a specific program from the various technique post or your thoughts, supersets, heavy, light, high reps low reps, fst-7 what????
