    Can't decide how to train?

    I will start by saying i consider myself an intermediate level lifter. I have experimented with a couple of different cycles, worked on my form and nearly perfected my will power.... My diet and supplement routine are strict but not perfect. I work out consistently and I have focused on form over weight and have received really great results.

    My concern now is that I am working with stronger compounds and i don't want to waste them. I always hear your not lifting enough, your not eating enough, your supplements are wrong.... I do not want to fall victim to these little mistakes. I have a well thought out cycle and appropriate pct.

    What i need now is to know what diet adn workout routine to follow. I am looking for lean gains at this point.... I would like to see 5-10 lbs in the next 12 weeks, and retain at least 7lbs. My body fat is about 10 so I am ok there, abs a re visible most of the day only disappearing at night with much food and water. I am taking in about 3500-4000 calories of clean food with a pre and post isolate protein, one higher calorie protein shake in the middle of the day and caseine at night.

    How should I be working out. I read the various techniques thread and it was some of the best information I have ever sen but I don't know what to do... my biggest concern is I have no spotter and currently the best gym close is a big box gym with pretty boys, cougars and trainers who only help single girls but the equipment is endless.

    What should i be using, giv e me a specific program from the various technique post or your thoughts, supersets, heavy, light, high reps low reps, fst-7 what????

    I dont want to waste this cycle or my time with all pain and no gain...lol

    100mg eod test prop, pharm grade
    75-100 mg eod tren ace, ugl
    nolva and arimidex on hand 30 of each
    masteron or winny last 6 weeks to harder and finish cutting....

    12 weeks cycle
    pct nolva and clomid...

    thoughts? also this will be about my 6th cycle.... will post a current picture asap...none on this computer sorry...

    your help is greatly appreciated, starting next week, currently priming...january 1 is start date..

    Yo killer..

    Looks like ur doing homework and researching well, little concerned at the amount of shakes taken I'm counting 3 right? You must be hungry not eating whole foods?

    As for training, how many days per week you training?

    Your technique has been perfected, great that's the start, I personally like to mix my training up..

    Normally do 16 sets on each muscle group on average, arms a small bit less, I train heavy and hard as I can get the maximum from my workouts, after 6 weeks or so I have a light week, allows my body full rest while I get my mind into killer mode, next week go out smash it hard, shock the system to the core in return gives growth..

    Maybe Tbody or Narkossis will chime in. Tbody is helping me and my girl with a workout plan right now. If it gets me 1/2 the gains he's made on a similar plan then I'll be very happy.     3 shakes is correct but not using them as meal repla***ent more as nutrition repla***ent,,,, i have one post workout, then my slow release during the day and caseine at night only to keep my metabolism going, it helped me cut big time and it was nice to not wake up starving and have energy to work out without having to eat before i train at 5am., would like to know what you take and eat though if you have the time... i do try to eat very good while on cycle and best as i can when off... it is not cheap to eat whole foods and I have 4 kids...lol..i drive my wife crazy but she loves the costco..lol

    16 sets so for exercises, with 4 reps, gradually working to less reps and heavier weight....do this for 6 weeks, take a light weight , high rep week to recover, then hit it hard ot finish..

    I train:
    sunday chest and bi's, calves
    monday legs
    tuesday back and tris, abs
    wed off or cardio
    thrusday shoulder, abs, claves
    friday arms,
    saturday, off or cardio

    but my routine is where i think i need work...what to do on those days I guess is my question...
