Just wondering when I am benching why do my tri's give out long before my chest even starts to burn? Is my form wrong or something? I am using a pretty wide grip so if anyone has any insight on this please let me know.

Smaller muscle group. That's my theory. Happens to a lot of people.
Get ur elbows wider. If they r too close tp ur body then triceps engage big time. Get them as wide as possible. Also in ur next few sessions decrease the weight and do super slow reps, try to concentrate solely on the contraction in ur chest. Feel the stretch in ur pecs as u bring the bar all the way downOriginally Posted by Donman1001
