    Hello!

I want to buy like something between 600g - 1000g of Glutamine powder, so I want few suggestions on good brands.

I like Optimum nutrition, what do you think?

    Thanks in advance!

I like Synthetek's products. The quality is what I look for in a product and I know
with their stuff,,,I'm getting top notch.

    I stoppped taking BCAA also.

Let me explain. when i was younger, and not too long ago, I'd buy anything once and check it out. If it wasn't extremely expensive, i'd give it a go for awhile. and it was costing me $$$

since then, i've done a rethink.

some of these claims are pure bogus. others are real, yet not significant. others are slightly significant, yet costly.

all pale in comparison to eating correctly, as we do here, and maintaining your macros, and the proper timing of those macros.

I'm not saying you should form the same opinion as I have, if i could talk to myself 5 years ago, i probably would not listen much. for me, my knowledge is predominantly first hand experience. and now that i've experienced a large variety of supplements, and seen my wallet go down without much corresponding increase to my gains, I've decided to not rely on all the BS the supplement industry promotes.

    whey protein isolate
    arginine
    multi
    fish oil

I now invest my surplus cash in peps, which i do see some results with. but again, i'm not suggesting you should do this. everyone has to find their own path. and i'm probably alot older than you, so my reasoning for taking peps might not be valid for you.
