I'm in my 4th and final week of this cutting cycle. I started at 210 and I'm now at 218. I've been on a keto diet but my keto strips never change color... I assume my body uses ketones very efficiently. Is it common to move up on the scale while on a cutting cycle?
I went with ketogenic because I'm on voluntary lay-off so I sit at home all day. I do one hour of low intensity cardio at least 6 days per week (walking on a treadmill) in a fasted state early in the am with only water and BCAAs in my system. I weight train 3 days per week... as intensely as possible for no longer than 40 minutes. I get about 2300 cals per day (sometimes a little more or less if I feel the need) ... around 112 grams of fat (all from olive oil, fish oil, and sunflower seeds). Protein is 1.5 per lb. This diet and workout program never makes me gain weight. I only gained after 3 weeks of Tbol. The mirror isn't telling me much.
Sucks, man. Will I see better results during my PCT?
