    Lats

What are some good moves to hit my lower lats? My back day, pull ups x5 sets, pull downs x4, seated rows x4, dead lifts x5, bent over barbell rows x4. I may change a few things but for the time being thats my back day. Just want to target the lower lats so my spread looks a bit better. Thanks!

I would change your whole approach and lover the volume significantly...

Have you looked into a High Intensity training program?

If not look into how Dorian Yates trained....

You cannto really target lower last as there is no such thing,,, you have lats, not upper and lower....

Just do the exercise's that target the last best...

Close grip pull ups or pull downs (underhand grip)

    Rows pulling to belly button

My ideal back workout is one that targets each muscle group with one movement in each plane of movement...

    Pullovers (as a pre-exhaust)
    Close grip Pull downs
A rowing movement (pulling low for lats)
A rowing movement (pulling high for traps and upper back)

And a movement for erectors such as deadlifts, partial deads or hyper extensions

yeah no such thing as lower lats, if you have a crappy insertions and your lats start halfway up your back that's genetics and there's nothing you can do

Well shit good to know! Lol maybe thats why I didn't know of any! So close grip you say? And reverse grip? These are things I have done but not for a while. I'll give them another go. Right now my pull downs are a little wider then shoulder width and regular grip. Good time for change. Thanks for the help.
