So I just finished my first cycle of test e and prop at about 700mg p/w altogether, for 10 weeks. I started on 72kg and about 12% bf. i'm now on about 15% bf and at 79-80kg's. I'm 6ft and my diet is pretty good. i eat 6-7 times a day, and all meals (besides post workout shake) has complex carbs, protein and fats. shake has 60-80grams of glucose powder with two scoops of humapro.
I need a cycle that will get me to around 90kg's, then i can consider cutting.
