It means that your pituitary gland isn't making enough LH hormone. Do you also have hypogonadism? And how long ago did you run your last cycle?

It could be caused by several things. I'd first suspect that your body hasn't recovered from your cycle. LH stimulates the leydig cells in the testes to convert cholesterol in to testosterone, so I'd suspect you're also suffering from low test. Is your FSH levels normal?

Oh, well you kinda screwed yourself here.
It's obvious to anyone who knows anything about the endocrine system that you're using AAS (since using exogenous test is basically the only way you could have low lh and high test).

Since you're administering test on your own, your pituitary gland doesn't "see the need" to tell your balls to produce more test. Naturally, it won't release LH and your levels will be nil.

Well be prepared to get accused of juicing. If your test levels aren't low and your LH is, it's a dead giveaway that you're on gear to those docs. Who knows? Maybe they'll end up giving you a script for gear out of it.

Ok, but you have insurance, or plan on getting/changing your health insurance in the future, right?
Because if the doc records this in your file, it can pop up and bite you in the ass.

If this is for a work-related injury, do you think that the employer can find out about his use of gear if he confesses?

    I wouldn't think so.
Normally, when you get injured on the job your employer pays to have you tested for rec drugs immediately as a way of getting out of paying worker's comp if you test dirty. But this no longer has any bearing on that and I doubt this test was paid for by his employer.
