There is a sticky somewhere on here that has the fundamentals of eatings, something like 6 healthy meals per day. Can someone please post the link on here to where it it at?

I'm at about 197lbs right now. I ballooned after my cycle to 205. My body was so used to tremendous cardio, ephedrine and T3 that after I came down, I gained instantly. I want to be right at 190, husky yet solid
Now im at 193. I want to be 185. Same exercises, less eating (healthy eating though)
I've come down from all the gear (cycles and TRT) for the first time in years. I just wanted to see what it would feel like. A few mood swings. Less energy, way less libido. Libido is the most noticable effect of the stuff. I came down because I simply couldn't afford to do any of it anymore. Doctors, labs and prescriptions are expensive.
After using that stuff for years, I can say there is no substitute for hard work. Hard work alone can achieve more results than tons of gear without the hard work in the gym.
I can also say that Test does not cut a person. It is quite the opposite. Test adds fat.
I've been off everything for a month now and I'm going to wait a bit longer to check my test levels at the lab. It should be interesting
I'm at about 190 now. Still off all the gear and kinda want to be on it again.
I'm going to do another cycle in the future. My inexperience showed in my last cycle. I didn't train abs thinking that biking would give me a six pack (6 pack used to come naturally, a bit different on juice though). I fat loaded 48 hours in advance after eating a fairly clean diet for 12 weeks, which made me ill, lost energy and sleep. I tried to become pumpt in 20 minutes, time it takes me at the gym to be pumpt is 45 mins.
Might do natural next time. not sure yet.
Meals: protein bars, turkey sandwich in whole wheat no calorie dressing, extra lean white meats and con't forget the whole grain brown rice
Test is not terribly effective in increasing hunger in itself. I wish it were. And it's the aromotizing to estrogen that causes bloating, not testosterone itself, which is controlled with an AI. Different esters of test and different doses of test lead to different levels of aromatizing. And Testosterone certainly can aid in cutting, because it enhances one's ability to exercise. This is determined by how you eat and workout. You will see many people running cutting cycles that use testosterone as the backbone of that cycle. Perhaps you got fat while using testosterone, but if so that was only because of an inadequate diet, or you simply confusing water retention with fat.
Again, you have much to learn.
I'm at 190 now.
After being on TRT for three years, I came down because I didn't have any money to stay on it. I waited two months and had my test levels checked. My levels are currently where they were at before I ever started. I was expecting my levels to be less. That is pretty cool.
When I have some money again, I want to try that new 1.62% Androgel. Prior to this new gel, you would have to go to a pharamcy that creates their own formulas for anything over 1%. I think something like 1 out of every 10 Walgreens has this availability.
Test has a different effect on different people. It dramatically increased my hunger.
Yes, bloat is an effect of using testosterone. AI's work for people and don't work for others. AI's have different effects on different people.
Test E or Cyp is foundation of most cycles. Anabolic agents are not available at Walgreens and most endo's won't prescribe them for TRT anyhow.
Water retention is an effect of using testosterone which can take away a person's cuts. A person going into a cycle with a 6-pack could easily lose it. I didn't train abs which I noted in some of my other posts.
How many cycles have you run with testosterone now?
I agree. If nothing else were factored in, just adding additional muscle would raise your BMR and cause you to lose fat on the same number of calories. But beyond that, I do believe fat gains and loss are tied to hormonal issues. Testosterone at high doses especially seems to cause me to lean out. By high doses I mean over 2 grams. I don't run gear that high anymore. Getting to old for that shit.Originally Posted by BBrian
Bloat is not fat. It is water retention. Huge difference. I've never noticed any increased appetite from testosterone.Originally Posted by user12345
Really does it not? Then why would people run cutting cycles, if you mean test won't make you lose weight then your partly correct but your blanket statement is incorrectOriginally Posted by user12345

He just seems to be making claims without enough knowledge to go with it. It reminds me of a thread I read not long ago by a guy who stated that because he didn't start seeing gains on test cypionate until he quit taking milk thistle, milk thistle absolutely prevents gains and should never be used ion a cycle.
