    Help with training while on cycle.

    i know that diet is what makes you grow or get cut but what kind of training split would you do while on Tren A Test P cycle?. My main goal is cutting getting ripped but i know you get some aggression and strength so that sounds to me like lifting heavy! well guys let me know what kind of training you would do. and my diet is going to be high protein moderate fat low carb

    Welcome siklow, I'd lik 2 dig a bit deeper in2 ur routine, background & intake, so if u dont mind...........Could u elaborate a bit mor on ur diet, like how many cals per day, how much protein per day, carbs, etc.........Also, wut r ur stats & cycle history? Wut does ur current training regime look like? And wut do u kno about the compounds u hav chosen 2 inject?

    if you mean split as in twice a day why not go heavy earlier in the day focusing on myofibrillar and shred em up the second focusing more on sarcoplasmic growth..basically lift for strengh in the morning and in the eveing do moderate weight with slow controlled muscle contractions

    stats I see your only 21.Not a good choice to be cycling at that young age.And tren is nothing to play with.

    If this is your first cycle, drop the tren and maybe go with a longer ester like Test E

    sorry guys i usually post a thread and come back the next day because the other forum i take advice from take forever so glad to know we have people on here.

    ok so first off the calories look like this. Calories-2105/239.7p/109.5f/41.9c and i planned the diet around a cutting hence the low cals and carbs. wouldnt mind changin it if necessary. I used the Dave Palumbo diet as reference.

    My stats are 23 (i dont know why i put im 21 but i fixed it sorry) i am 5'11 weigh 200lbs and i am 20%bf i know i should be on a cycle at about 15% or lower so im going to do the diet for a few weeks before i start.

    cycle history is not much and i should wait for the compounds but sorry guys help would still be nice. i did a deca only cycle by mistake.I ordered test with good intentions of a only test cycle and i got sent the wrong thing and i jumped the gun. i recovered fine and my penis still worked i did get some acne. I also did a test only cycle after and i did about 3 weeks of winny at the end and everything went fine. I did those cycles when i turned 23 and the other mid way and now im about to turn 24.

    What i know about the compounds i am running- I know tren has a bunch of side affects from night sweats to baldness acne short breath and more serious ect ect.
    Test P and Tren A will be pinned EOD
    Tren 75mg W1-10
    Test P 100mg W1-12

    I actually wanted some input on PCT because everybody has different opinions
    I wanted to know if you absolutely need HGH through the cycle?

    Clomid-13-16 100/100/75/50
    Aromasin13-16 25/25/12/12
    Adex1-12 .25/eod

    I have been training for a while on and off but now i am serious. my routine for the last couple of weeks has been M/T/TH/F cardio after workout sometimes long steady cardio and sometimes HIT but i have been lacking cardio. I usually do 4 sets reps 12,10,8,6 increasing weight. I just stopped my routine like 2 days ago and i cant remember how it went? and i left my workout logs outside and its 2 cold to go get them lol. I NEED HELP with a workout routine or the way i should train because i am honestly in the weaker % and cant progress and i know cutting diet isnt good for strength (tren is) but i would like to cut up first.
