    Fasted AM Cardio

I'm currently clean bulking atm and just come off a cut where I did very well dropping bf with fasted AM cardio. While bulking im still doing my fasted AM cardio (LIC) 40 mins every morning 5 times a week.

Is doing this much cardio a bad thing considering I'm trying to bulk?

I would cut it down to 3-4 times if your bulking, I've always found 5 times per wk fasted cardio alittle to harsh when trying to bulk.

if you're eating enough it doesn't really matter how much you do cardio, football players don't seem to have a problem bulking

Adjust your caloric intake appropriately and then do as much cardio as you want

Like a boss!! I've found this quite useful as my knowledge of what/when to do cardio when bulking is pretty dire - I've heard a lot of this fasted cardio lark and it sounds pretty legit!
