I'm sure everone has a slight difference in muscle size between their dominate side versus the other, but over the years my right trap and bicep are really getting out of whack versus my left. More sizr on my right and more definition on my left. It's reaaly only noticable when I flex but it still bothers me. I have tried to concentrate on my left side with lifts and still isn't working. My question is would it be better to stop training my right bicep and trap (directly) for a couple of weeks and concentrate on my left or add a couple sets to my left side on every workout?
