    pinning in the morning before workout?

    Just wondering if time of injections matters? My injections will be twice a week, Monday and Thursday and i train first thing in the morning before work.

    i move heavy things!

    i injected myself in the quad with 100mg test cyp this am at 0700 and did legs at 1200 no prob...

    I get up at 4:30am and am at the gym by 5:10am . Is that enuff time ,or is ok to inject at night before bed ?

    I prefer morning. When I pin at night, the site is sore and stiff in the morning. When I pin in the morning, I have all day to move and work it out a little. Personal preference.

    It doesn't matter when you pin. Just keep it consistent.

    Do you eat breakfast before you train? I don't know about everyone else but if I'm training first thing in the morning I gotta eat before I hit the gym. But like the other guys said just keep the injections consistant and you'll be g2g

    I have a whey shake with oats pre-workout and a big breakfast right after! I can't eat too much that early cause i only have 30mins from when i get up till Im at the gym.

    I personally like to pin in the morning when I just get out of the shower. I'm very paranoid about infections, so I try to do it when I'm at my cleanest.

    xD due to the circumstances I had to do it in a public toilet this morning ... i think if you disinfect the injection site, and don't let the needle touch anything you'll be fine.

    Im up at 5 and in the gym for 6:30. Only thing in my system is Superpump LOL. I like your style bro.

    Im going to slightly high jack here if it cool.

    Why should you keep pinning times consistent? Im the worst for swapping times from 5am until 8pm

    Errr. Anyway, pinning at the same times helps keep hormone levels as consistent as possible. Aside from that it just makes it easier to keep track of, specially when running a short ester cycle with lots of pins.

    Thrusday night (around 7pm) then Monday morning (do it before gym) is the optimal timing because they are about 3.5 days apart. Now however you do it as long as you keep it on mondays and thrusdays should be okay.

    No problem. Sometimes I pin in the locker room at my gym as I come out of the shower before I walk into the gym to do my routine. Actually this times seem to my favorite, zero soreness when done this way. Hope this helps.

    Obviously Im not going to shower before the gym! I shower after work so it would make more sense to me to pin at night , i was just asking if it was alright to pin right before a workout that's all.

    From what I understand You should keep it consistant to keep the blood levels at a constant. So its not dipping or spiking too much. But from morning to night shouldn't make a difference as long as its within the same day. Monday and thursdays are the norm.

    I find it better to pin when the target area is warm, either after a warm bath or I use a heat pad.

    Just be consistant each time you inject. Something like '6 am Mon/Thur is injection time'
