    Testosterone suspension preworkout

    Ive read a few threads on other forums about the use of test suspension to increase work out performance. Does anyone here have any experience using it for this purpose?

    I've heard the same thing, but it didn't really help me much. I pinned 100mg of suspension pre-workout a few months ago and didn't feel much at all. Some guys I work out with swear by it though.

    I was planning on 25-50mgs 2 hours prior to working out.

    Give it a go, might work out great for you. I did the 100mgs about 1 hr 45 mins before.

    OP are you running a cycle atm? or you off and planning to do that every work out session

    Im on the last leg of a prop cycle 50mgs Ed. I would on use this concept when I am on a cycle.

    I use a blend of test base and prop. I have never felt anything that would lead me to believe it helps during a workout. It is in oil though so I'm sure the half life is a little longer. I've hears water based suspension hurts like hell.

    i love test susp, makes me go insane in the gym, even when im collapsing on forced reps i wanna do more and more. gets ur strong as a mofo to

    i start noticing a big difference at 100mg one hour before i workout.

    probably could notice it at 50mg tho

    Test suspension at least 100 mg 1 hr prior to working out. I loved it. Next go around went with 150mg mixed with 100 mg tren a. Those were some of the best workouts I have ever had. 1 hr out was perfect timing. I could feel it ramping me up as I walked through the gym door. Ed shots get old for 12 weeks though.

    I tried 100mg preworkout for a couple months.
    I felt strong, and placebo affect was great.... but no real difference

    This thread is pretty old but I'm on my FIRST cycle 1-10 500mg sustanon 250. First 2 weeks 100mg suspension eod preworkout. The pumps are insane brother! From my first suspension pin all workouts were up 10-20 lbs! Go for it you wont regret it
