    Burner on bulk

    Hey guy's. Just getting ready to order my next cycle and got thinking. Due to Christmas over the kast couple months I've added a few pounds of fat. Would it be a bad idea to take a fat burner before my workout while on my cycle? Or should I now before I cycle. Im doing the exact same cycle I did last time.

    week 1-4 50mg dbol
    week 4-12 Test E 500mg week

    clomid/novdex pct

    Last cycle I was 175 at start (at 6') and come off at 192 now 8 weeks later I'm 185. I would like to be a ripped 195 for June July if I can. I was around 10% fat at the start of my last cycle. Not sure now. I would guess 13% ish

    Why are you waiting until week 4 to start the test? What fat burner are you referring to?

    You do realize most fat burners are nothing more than a decent preworkout.. so ya its ok.

    I was going to try Almax. There's a pro body builder (Vince Wawryk) that lives down the road. Hes a rep for Almax so was going to ask him.

    No I didn't realize its a pre workout. But if im on a cycle like that will it be okay? Or should I change the cycle

    I wait until week 4 cause thats what my source told me to do. But now that I have been on this forum I know better.

    Getting ur diet dialed in will work 100x better than any fat burner

    I wouldnt use any fat burners during a bulking cycle. The goal here is to gain all you can.
    Save the fat burners for your cutting phase.

    My diet is good. That's why im always well under 13% fat. I just want to step it up

    So **** you think you'd be best to try them while on PCT?

    What about cutting cycles. Ive never looked into them. But can you still gain good size?

    The metabolism enhan***ent you will experience is so nominal it really doesnt matter when you take your " fat burners".

    Guys the over the counter fatburners they sell are just stimupants and some other things thrown in. Its basically just like a preworkout

    So rather then do my current planned cycle. What should I do that will allow me to loose fat and still gain size? My source tells me if I run test and winny I can do it. But some days im pretty sure he hasn't a clue what hes talking about. I only have once cycle under my belt ftr

    Skip the fat burner. Save your cash. Or try an EC stack.

    Well Yesterday was:

    5am 5 egg white omelette and 1 cup oatmeal (46pro 500 cal)

    9am nuts yogurt and berries (18 pro 400 cal)

    12pm 4.5oz chinese chicken (600 cal 40g pro)

    3pm Tuna sandwich (40g pro 500 cal)

    5pm salmon steak and asparagus (50g pro 630 cal)

    8pm no fat cottage cheese with blue berries (40 pro 200 cal)

    That was yesterday. Gym at 8am and bed at 9:30pm
