    First Cycle

    I've picked up some test e 500mg/ml and Nolva was just wondering about some things before I start. Should I split up the doses to twice a week? Will nolva be enough in case gyno sets in? Im unable to get my first choice a-dex so thats not an option for me. Since Im a newbie will I need dbol for a kickstart? And can you give me a few tips that will overall help me get the most from this. Thx

    Im totally new to this game so Ive got no experience. Im 6'1 190 pounds. Im trying to get around 220-225 pounds. No REAL goals, like Im not training for anything like footbal, track etc (maybe the Mr.OLympia ). SO basically trying to just gain some lean mass

    OK, if I were I would wait til ur 25 to cycle. If u cycle @ ur age, there is a significantly greater risk of doing potentially irreversible damage 2 ur undeveloped Endocrine & HPTA. The risk far out weighs the reward bro, just b patient. If you'd like, we can hook u up with a kick a$$ diet & training routine that will help make some VERY impressive gains naturally.

    Not counting much other than protein and fat. Id say on average 160-200g protein and 50-80g fat

    Lol i know.

    7am: Dry oats & protein shake = 63g protein 60g carbs 7g fat

    7am-11am: may have a protein bar or storebought shake = 30-50g protein 10-20g fat carbs cant remember

    12pm: Protein shake and protein bar = 92g protein 13g fat carbs cant remember

    3pm-330pm: maybe mr sub on the way home dont know NF

    4pm-11pm:various foods such as: tuna, salmon, chicken breast, rice, egg whites, orange juice and water for drink

    Sorry dont know calorie count

    Thats not much of a muscle building diet bro, I c 1, maybe 2 meals. U should get away from the shakes & bars, real food is best, I'm not sayin shakes & bars r useless, but they r not intended 2 b meals, they r best suited 4 pre & / or post workout IMO. U should be getting 30 - 50 grams of protein every 3 - 4 hrs throughout the day. I suggest u head over 2 the nutrition section & post ur diet & goals so they can help u. I guarantee, u will absolutely astonished with the gains u will b capable of once u fix ur diet.

    Risk > Reward. I would say don't do it. You should wait at least 2 or three years minimum!

    Also, based on that pic I wouldn't guess 17% bf. Whats that based on?

    Cutler, if you're able to maintain that physique with that kind of diet, you're in luck. Once you get your diet in check, you're going to get yoked.

    Yeah. My diet is more complex than what I typed earlier Im just too lazy to type everything. I just have an urge to go harder than natural lifting. I know Im young still, but Ive been thinking about roids for some time now and think I would do well with proper guidance

    novla should be to combat gyno, but you should be fine since i hope your only taking test. And NO, the exact opposite, you are a newbie so you SHOULDN'T be taking dbol...week 3, horrible gyno? where'd it come from? wait, you have no idea because you are taking multiple things! One at a time. Wait for dbol until 2nd or 3rd cycle.

    I think a Mod should look in2 stfuandliftbtch, go through his post history, in 14 posts, he's stirred up mor sh!t than a water treatment / sewage plant. Either a previously banned member or a member that needs 2 b banned, IMO.
