Don't conclude so fast buddy

. I only come on the forum about once a week. Because I am busy working. However to answer your question I am weighing in about 175 LBS (8-10 percent body fat). I will be 28 soon. I just don't feel my body has been growing. I know this sounds funny, but it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. When I first started going my composition and muscle mass was improving. I was going up around 5 LBS every month in everything. Now it's like my body is just stuck. I eat nothing, but clean calories 7 days a week.
For me to get around 4-5 percent body fat. I have to do go down to 155 which is crazy. I am 5"11.
As for my nutrition I take protein shakes. I eat salmon, chicken, red meats, and etc. My diet also consist of a lot of complex carbs.
