I HAVE THE REG VEGGY/FRUIT THAT i PUT IN LIKE EVERY MEAL (MUSHROOM, GARLIC. ONION. PEPPER, EGGPLANT, TOM, ZUCHINNI, YELLOW SQUASH, BANNANNA PEPPER)
Blend veggies, blend some nuts (cashews are best) form patty with each mixture, cook in fry pan ~ fritter (or do with just 1 veggie)
steak or chicken or both together wraps... cut meat and veggies for a fajita style cook together in fry pan with oil of your choice, throw a little seasonings on (taco or red pepper whatever you like) Boston lettuce or romaine lettuce (take a whole leaf off and cup in your hand so it’s like a soft shell taco wrap) put some meat/veggie in, top with avocado or homemade salsa ~yum..Or put on rice if you eating rice.
Chicken or steak or both burgers. Blend meat with some veggies/fruit, form into patty, cook in fry pan. Fry an egg. Put egg on top...eat
I buy all natural no preserve tomato sauce or vodka sauce (1/2 cu=2p 2p/1s/2c/7f/70cal depending on brand) and pour on chic breast and bake or make meat or veggie ball and bake
