New to the site...have found some great nutrition info on here...her is my issue...i have been lifting since June 1, 2011.....have been on blends, tes e, su250, eq,tren, dbl, adrol, and gh...obviously not all those together but have switched thigns up every 6 weeks and tried what locals recommended...take roughly thousand mg/week of tes, mixing in dbl, adrol here and there...did not take any gear the month of November...Dec 1 started peptide2, thousand mg a week of sus,900 mg of eq a week, and 40mg of var and 50mg of win..late
October i dislocated my right shoulder and tore rotator 100% tear flat benching...have continued to lift with alot of pain..(nightly pain pills and ibuprof),...but im still making decent gains...Late Jan i have surgery and cannot lift heavy weight for 5 months...when i started lifting in June i weighed 178lbs with 13%bf...today i weigh 215lbs with 16% bf...Im 37 and am 6'1" tall...
question is, can i do anything or take anything to NOT completely lose what i have worked for...I plan on gettting right into the gym a week after surgery and lifting legs, doing abs and core, and alot of cardio...Ive never done pct but plan on it before surgery....I cannot train anything upper body at all, so should i not bother taking any gear, or would it help me to start again after a small break? My goal is to shed fat around and be able to see my abs, but i dont know if in that process i will look like a string bean because i wont be able to lift upper body at all..Ive listened to too many locals and need some real advise...thanks for any help, and happy new year all....
