    Red face anti-catabolic?

hey guys, here are my stats 201lbs around 15-17%Bf 18years old 6ft2.
So here is my question, i have been reading from forums that Clen is anti-catabolic but this was all broscience, i would like to know if it is really anti-catabolic.
I am also planing on doing 2weeks on 2 weeks off with clen for 6 weeks. During those 2 weeks off is it a good idea to use ECA? Also i have a good Keto Diet, and do enough cardio.
    What are your thoughts?
    thanks for mature answers!

Clens anti-catabolic properties are uncertain at best. Why are you attracted to clen?

Clen's very overrated imho. I also would not advise wasting money on it when you are 15-17%bf. That % can be lost with proper diet.

Clen can assist someone in losing the last few % before contest. BF that may be very difficult to lose.

Actually, clen has been shown in studies to increase lypolysis, it is anabolic in skeletal muscle, and it increases protein synthesis.

But at 18 yrs old you should learn how to eat and train properly to get to a reasonable BF% instead of relying on compounds. At 17% there is no reason you shouldn't be able drop 5% - 7% BF with a good consistent diet and training program. No amount of clen or any other compound will make up for a poor diet......

If you have a good keto diet, you should be able to lose the lbs through this without a chem! Also why do you want Clem for its anti-catabolic properties? I've seen a lot of guys on it, and it just makes them look skinny and lanky (because they have no where near enough muscle mass)

You will get alot of mixed views on CLEN. I have used it for many years with MANY athletes and have always had great success with its effects.
Women do really well on CLEN for fat loss. I do beleive that CLEN has a mild anti catabolic effect,, we often use it after PCT when your cycles complete.
