    Cool when cutting down?

    i have a question about cutting cycle or what is best for cutting?

    this is my quick story, well i am a young bodybuilding or trying to become one. I am 18 years old and have been lifting now for 1 year but overall i have been lifting 3 years but serious this time. I started off getting lean with crossfit and went from 65kg to 57 kg's and i realised that i didint want to be that skinny... so i started bulking with diet and lots of calories and protein and stuff and on like 4-6 months not sure i have went from 57kgs to 72. I want to start cut down but i do want to try keep as much muscles as possible and natural thats pretty hard but i dont know for sure i dont know any supplements or thing other than clenbutarol that helps with that. so my question is that can you take like clen low dosage just to prevent muscle getting away or should i do it full time like 40-80 mcg and what are the risk's for heart and stuff, and is there any supplements or anything out there that prevents that you will loose muscle while doing alot of cardio and cutting down? i know of anavar and other stuff but im not quite ready to go on them yet. but i know a lot of bodybuilders that did bulk natural and used clen to cut down for competition and i have heard that clen is pretty much harmless if its used correctly. My idea was by starting off with half pill and then going to one pill and then two and then go down again doing a pyramid thingy and do 2 days on 2 days off. And i would be drinking lots of water to resist the headaches as much as possible and eating banana's and taking magnesium to prevent muscle crambs while eating lots of protein with it so please tell me if more about this

    OK, there is alot of scattered thoughts you have here. Now, first off, go to the diet section of this forum. Second, cardio is the one thing best to cut off extra weight that is not muscle. Even some cutting agents will do more harm then good if not done correctly. I think that education is very key here. You have obviously been reading and have alot of questions.Questions are a good thing as it is better to ask then go do something that may harm you.Diet is so "key" with gear and yet so misunderstood. Same for running gear itself, as it is NOT a magical shortcut as people think.You still have to bust your butt to get the results you want.This being said I have to go to another post. Best

    Diet is key + cardio you dont need aas at your age.
