Hey guys not sure if this has been covered before, tried searching but info seems inconsistent some say to do cardio in pct while others say don't. So just wondering because of the spike in cortisol and the body not been in an optimal anabolic state is it safe in terms of keeping gains and muscle mass to do cardio during pct? if so what intensity and duration would be recommended? reason I'm asking is because while keeping calories high I also want to avoid as much extra fat gain as possible during pct coming off a bulk (I've gone from 9% to 11% in my 12 week bulk).
