    Exclamation okay what should i do ???????

    so im just into week 4 of my second cycle of enanthate 500mg ew and 40mg d-bol everday, tapered up from 30 also .5 mg arimidex everyday, so i feel like my strength has gone up slightly, & have barelly put on any weight, diet is okay but i do not feel like eating what so ever, only getting about 3-4 solid meals a day with a shake. i think the d-bol is supressing my appetite big time. still getting in about 200g of protien a day but would like to be eating more carbs as i wanted this to be a bulk. do alot of you suffer from this, i had less appetite supression from 100mg anavar a day, i was planning on running the d-bol for 5 weeks, and the enanthate for 10 weeks, should i start getting my best gains as of now due to the enanthate kicking in about now ?? but yea basically i feel the d-bol hasnt added any size really and im nearly onto week 4, cycle will be followed with a proper pct too. just to show this was yesterdays diet and im not happy with how much i can eat.

    meal 1:
    2 whole eggs
    6 egg whites
    cup of oats
    large banana
    table spoon PB
    half pint skimmed milk

    meal 2:
    2 scoops protein powder (blend of whey,soy & egg)
    2 scoops oats


    meal 3:
    3 pork loin fillets (no fat)
    cup brown rice
    4 cherry tomatos
    table spoon olive oil

    meal 4:
    tin of tuna
    6 new potatoes (boiled)
    apple
    pint of skimmed milk

    meal 5:
    400g cottage cheese
    2 bananas

    its not a poor diet but i know im not eating enough but cant eat much more than that if im honest

    4 weeks in you def shoulda gained some water weight. If you haven't gained any weight, you need to eat more (whether you're taking AAS or not). Test generally kicks in weeks 4-6 depending on the individual. How sure are you your stuff is legit?

    Ps post some stats. Height, weight, bf%, cycle experience

    What are your stats including past cycle history?



    Your Adex dose is kind of high.... Do your require it? Past experience/E sides?

    Dbol @ 50mg suppressed my appetite a lot and i resorted to drinking over 3 litres of milk with added whey protein to boost my calories up a bit....

    If you cant eat then cut the Dbol out for now and then when you re-introduce it drop the dosage in half....

    cheers for the responce, im fairly sure my stuff is legit and also im thinking of dropping the arimidex to .25 ed, reason for ai is preveous minor gyno on last cycle

    At 21 you shouldnt be cycling you are playing a losing game with your endo system.

    Agreed. Do urself a favor & drop everything NOW, run PCT & continue with ur diet & training.

    No offense, but your diet seems extremely boring. What are your total macros for the day? Throw some calorie dense foods in there like ice cream, pop tarts, etc.

    Drop the d-bol, decrease the adex, and check to see if you are not over training and getting plenty of sleep. One thing I like to do is get my body used to eating lots prior to doing a cycle.

    Are you trolling? A cheat meal is a cheal meal, but ice cream and pop tarts should not be a staple in anyone's diet. How about some natural pb or some almonds for calorie dense food?

    I think youre eating enough to be honest. Steroids will make you grow with that diet. If not, then your shit is bunk.

    yeah i think this pretty much sums it up. im wrapping up a cycle very similar to yours and somewhat similar diet and im roughly 20 lbs up. maybe up the calories and see what happens. other than that, i really dont know.

    If that's u in ur Avi., that's living proof ur diet is inadequate. I kno it sounds harsh bro, but look way underweight 2 b cycling.

    no, not harsh at all. that pic is roughly 1 1/2 ago, i was around 175. im an avid marathon runner, and its tough at times to keep adequate calories and my body. i weigh much more now that ive not been running as much the last 8-10 months. i weighed in around 213 yesterday and am wrapping up my first cycle with three weeks to go. my diet is fine. thanks though.
