so im just into week 4 of my second cycle of enanthate 500mg ew and 40mg d-bol everday, tapered up from 30 also .5 mg arimidex everyday, so i feel like my strength has gone up slightly, & have barelly put on any weight, diet is okay but i do not feel like eating what so ever, only getting about 3-4 solid meals a day with a shake. i think the d-bol is supressing my appetite big time. still getting in about 200g of protien a day but would like to be eating more carbs as i wanted this to be a bulk. do alot of you suffer from this, i had less appetite supression from 100mg anavar a day, i was planning on running the d-bol for 5 weeks, and the enanthate for 10 weeks, should i start getting my best gains as of now due to the enanthate kicking in about now ?? but yea basically i feel the d-bol hasnt added any size really and im nearly onto week 4, cycle will be followed with a proper pct too. just to show this was yesterdays diet and im not happy with how much i can eat.
meal 1:
2 whole eggs
6 egg whites
cup of oats
large banana
table spoon PB
half pint skimmed milk
meal 2:
2 scoops protein powder (blend of whey,soy & egg)
2 scoops oats
meal 3:
3 pork loin fillets (no fat)
cup brown rice
4 cherry tomatos
table spoon olive oil
meal 4:
tin of tuna
6 new potatoes (boiled)
apple
pint of skimmed milk
meal 5:
400g cottage cheese
2 bananas
its not a poor diet but i know im not eating enough but cant eat much more than that if im honest
