well, diet is pretty good, i guess, the pr-carb-fat ratio is 60-30-10. Consuming 4200 calories daily. I mainly base my diet on meat, milk and cottage cheese, eggs + rice, potatoes, peanuts, peanut butter, oatmeal, bananas. I also eat tuna eod. Compulsory protein shakes, too. As for training, i train 4-5 times a week. I'm constantly changing routines, so I can't really tell you an exact routine. BPress is 240 x5, squat is 240 x5, deadlift is 300 x5. That's pretty much it.
