i am now on 300mg mast,,,300mg eq and 60mg daily var,,3 protein shakes per day
    2 weeks ago iwas at 202 22%bf

because my doc took me off the test is this the reason for gaining bf ,and not losing bf,,i figured the var would help fight off the fat,,,,,what should i do,,,i have not been pumping heavy... light -med weight 12-15 reps,,,,while doing cardio my heart rate is topped out at 165,,,is this past bf burning stage,,,,,any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,,,oh yeah i feel a little bloated but detox every night

Age is certainly a reason your test drops. Was 200mg a week enough for you? It seems low.

This is past and beyond bf burning stage, this is muscle burning stage. Ideally you'd do cardio at the end of your workout (right after you've depleted your carbs) for at least 20min, at heart rate no more than 130bpm. Works great for me.

Also watch your salt, sodium and sugar intake.

your test levels are in the tank. You stopped test but still are on eq and mast. you didnt do a pct and cant yet because of the other compounds you are on. You screwed your hormone balance up big time
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I agree with Gixx.Sounds like you need to do a pct.Get some bloodwork done to see where your at.And at your age you need cardio bro and not 10 minutes. No compound is going to keep fat off you if you aint exercising.I would say you need 60 min cardio.

See I have high pulse rate normally (always above 90). I am thinking of doing my cardio for like 10 minutes before I start weight lifting. The reason I am thinking about doing this is before I stopped working out, I lost nearly 20lbs (I believe) by having a good sweat going while I was lifting. I figured I must have been doing nearly 2 hours of weight lifting with my pulse above 100bpm. So I took a couple months off and gained 10lbs back. But I want to lose the weight faster this time. So I am thinking about hitting 10 minutes of cardio before my weights to get the heart rate going and the sweat started.

Do you feel that you're at your best when you hit the weights after 10mins of cardio? I guess it depends on what your goal is, burn fat or build muscle, I prefer not to waste my carbs on warm up cardio and rather hit the weights straight up, and then burn fat on slow and long cardio post workout (during which I don't see a drop of sweat btw).

There was a time I used to get to the gym and run the treadmill for 2mins (to get my heart rate up, as you say), but then I noticed I wasn't at my best when I go to the weights, so I dropped the warm up cardio and started hitting the weights straight up, and I knew I was better off as I could feel the power of carbs.

Other than that, the only cardio I do that is above 140bpm is just because it's good for the heart, heart rhythm and blood circulation, and I do it just once a week on a day I don't lift. It's good for the heart to get to 165, but burning fat is not done that high, because energy which is drawn from fat can only be drawn slowly, unlike carbs (quick carbs, or fast carbs, as they're called), so long and slow (and boring) cardio is the way, otherwise you're depleting muscles.
