Just added an AI Liquid Letro 30mL 2.5mg/mL i got too much water retention

After all your advise i decided to use this instead of masteron, which might have some properties but still........

I am now 240 pounds and yeah full of water with very sensible nipples GRRRRR

Can't give you any advice on dosage, except to go slow and conservative with Letro. It is pretty powerful stuff. I have played with it a bit and think I knocked my E2 to an unhealthy low level on 2 small doses per week. At least...I an exhibiting about 4 of the symptoms of low E2. I must not aromatize test. much compared to some guys. Anyway, go slow and see. If you get into low E2, you'll have a whole new problem to manage/diagnose.

Sensitive nipples isn't that common on physiologic T doses, but what does your bloodwork say?

Arimidex is so much more easy to work with, and more easy to manage when trying to get your E2 dialed in. You're making your journey a little bit complicated (IMO) with some of these choices. Also, 3 bottles?? Are you stocking up for the apocalypse?

Yeah not sure bro this was the only thing i could find online that i can afford. I have read a lot on it too, and will use sparingly.

Right now i am on week 3 of my 20 week deca test e masteron cycle at 200mg each per week.

I gained so much weight its not even funny and i got to remove some of that water, when i removed my socks at night i have the sign of water retention, marks on my ankles.

I went from 217 pounds to 250 pounds in less then 8 weeks not musles, gained 2 freaken inches on my waist. When i went to see the personal trainer who sold me the deca and masteron he told me that many times he had to take over the TRT partience of my medical doctor because he does not know what he does.

One of is other patience gained close to 50 pounds in 6 months, was fully bloated, feeling awful and that was on 200mg dosage of test E no AI, after 3 months he went back to my medical doctor and told him how he felt, my medical doctor put him on 400mg of test E per week.............................................. ............... go figure.

He was put on letro to remove all that water and estorgen, i don't remember the dosage.

Even with masteron i feel i am still retaining water, how else could i have gained all the weight, and i swear i don't eat more food now then when i was at 217 pounds................

Eating more fruits and veggies and less fat i was able to get back down to around 240 or so but i need to get to 200 pounds.

OK, but what's your current E2 score? Not quite sure why you are letting your trainer play doctor with you, sounds like risky business to me, but maybe there's something else I'm not seeing. Just a FYI, you can click that red banner at the top and get Liquidex (liquid arimidex) for the same price as the letro. Plus, you can stick to buying 1 bottle, not 3.

Also, your weight issues and such ... Deca won't be your friend if you're needing to drop weight. I'm sure you've heard it 100x already, so I doubt I'm telling you anything new here. Just saying, obviously something hasn't been going right over the past 8 weeks if you've had all of this negative stuff happening. I gained approx. 18lbs in 3 months while on it, but the difference was that I knew that going in and planned it. My goal was actually 20lbs, so I was pretty close to what I needed.

My advise ... Stop this 20 week cycle you're on and go back to square one. As for the Masteron, throw it down the fuc*ing drain and never look back! Get with a doctor (not a trainer) who can medicate you properly. Then, get with a nutrionalist and/or some of the vets in the diet section who can get your diet dialed in. You're going to need to be doing cardio til it starts bleeding at your arse!

2 ways you can go ... You can agree, at least to the point that you realize your current direction is not working, therefore making the needed changes to get yourself on the right track, OR, you can disagree and presume your current direction will 'hopefully' workout, and wait for others who will tell you that "everything will be fine", and "keep us posted" and stuff like that. It's kind of like going down a unfamiliar road at night, and you're starting to realize it is not taking you to where you intended to go. Some people keep driving, figuring they will 'hopefully' still reach their destination. Others get about 5 miles in and say this isn't the right road, and then turn it back around. Don't do any 'hoping' or 'praying' that this is right for you, get it on the right track! Grab your program by the horns and take control of this!

vetteman08 before doing all of theses things i need to repair myself first, i am not a very rich person and cannot throw stuff away like that, masteron i used it before and is a very good compound.

I am doing a bit of boxing right now and its going well, but i still have the ligament laxity, i failed prolotherapy because my body was not prime enough to repair itself.

Don't worry when everything is said and done i will be back full time training and lose all the weight, weight lifting has been a passion of mine since i was 13 years old, all tough my passion for martial arts and wrestling died the one for training and weight lifting never did, i have been side tracked for the past 10 years because i screwed up on squats and deadlifting but this year i am going to fix everything.

Thanks again for advise, for the letro i will do like guys say keep it handy not use it everyday but like 0.25 every week or so.

Collagen production is my ultimate goal, this is what ligaments and tendons are made of and the reason why i was put on deca, after researching testosterone to death i learned that it was very poor in that area, it does have some collagen production benefits but not like deca who got that 800% better.

I am in better hands with the personal trainer that put me on this cycle then my medical doctor who gave me 200mg or test E per week with no AI. The personal trainer guy has got like 3 decades of experience with steroids, he is also a physiotherapist (that i learned when i spoke to him this week), he told me that most people don't know it but masteron is a very good AI when doing longer cycle at small dosage like i am doing.

I didn't have a chance to speak to him about letro, he does sell armidex but its very expensive. Masteron is one hell of a steroid, the pump you get on that is sick.

I am now drinking a lot more water then i was that seem to help, and going on a semi low carb diet, all my carbs are clean and it does keep me regular.

For the cycle part, now that i have a very good source not like last time i did steroids back in 1998 when almost all the gear was fake, i do plan on doing more cycles, nothing to hard, i love deca, and its ability to give me so much energy, boost immune system and produce collagen.

I have spoken to another guy on another site that told me for ligament and tendon injury when using steroids to repair is a very long process, since the blood supply in theses area is so low, it can take up to a full year or more.

Deca is very mild on the body. I have been reading a lot about equipose too but people here just hate the stuff, and you have to take too much to have any kind of effect.

After my 20 week cycle i will re evaluate see where i am at, and how i am feeling, hacks and pain wise. I plan on starting prolo again at 10 weeks.

On Feb17th i am going into is office with a huge list, i want T level test, E2 and more. I want to asking for a GH presc because they build collagen far better then anything, i wanna know where i stand with my blood testing, the results will take longer since i am going to go public and not private.

My medical doctor does not know nothing about testosterone therapy , giving someone 200mg based on is size and no AI.

For my part i need to learn how to train again, back down, i hit it hard 4 times per week, once per body part, i don't know about cardio and steroids because when i was on my cycle many years back i did not do any cardio.

Also many have advise i keep it cool, rest a lot, after all i wanna repair not break down.

My medical doctor is very aware of my situation with ligament laxity, he told me that test E would produce enough collagen to repair my body, when i google all of this i found that GH then deca, then EQ primo and long after that test E will produce collagen in the body.

What the personal trainer did is put me on a 20week cycle of deca test E and masteron to produce has much collagen to fix that ligament laxity, if my medical doctor would have so much knowledge about this he would not have wasted my time on test E and gave me GH straight off the bat.
