after doing some research I have come to the conclusion that starting with:
12 week cycle
Deca at 250mg/per week *DELETE*
Anavar x 4 pills a day at 12mg per pill
Test E at 500mg/per week
Milk Thistle 3 times a day at 1 tablespoon
Nolavdex at 1 pill per day from beginning of cycle 20mg per pill
.80mg of finasteride per day (been taking it for hairloss for several years)
For food:
Consume 3000+ calories a day
2 x quickmass weight gainer shakes per day
Sleep 8 hours a day
Fish Oil, Multivitamins etc
Please let me know what you think, I spent hours researching and asking people and also asked some people who are bodybuilders for a living. Thanks
